I hadn’t done any sort of training in quite some years and it had been a while since I was on a regular fitness routine of any sort. I was intimidated getting back into it and though I had a lot of previous experience and exposure… I didn’t know where to begin. I’m so happy I found Simon I would 100% recommend working with him. He helped me in a multitude of areas, I’ve had chronic knee pain ever since I can remember (former college volleyball and track athlete) and I had to wear a patella strap and/or a brace anytime I was going to workout but Simon was able to get me stronger and supporting myself on my own with no brace.
