I’m a lifelong athlete and have trained with different trainers over the years. I can say with confidence that Simon knows his stuff. Aside from the typical building strength, what I most appreciate is his emphasis on body mechanics and compensatory patterns. I was struggling with some hip pain due to decades of compensating and months of working with medical professionals to try to fix - within 6 sessions I’m pain free. More than that, he helped me see why it was hurting and how to adjust - so I can help myself. He really listens to you and helps you reach your goals. He’s not one size fits all. I truly cannot recommend him more highly.
